Whilst relatively cheap land might be acquired without planning permission in place, once consent is gained, land values can be

seat to the prospect of building a dream home in their sought after location, irrespective of the gross Uk land price.
As you can see land property value and the Uk price of land is a complex issue, which can only be determined having given careful consideration to a number of factors that affect the value both in terms of financial worth and the value that is placed
on the land by the person acquiring it.
So in essence, keep in mind that land prices or, the true value of land is what you are prepared to pay for it, irrespective of cost!
